Domain Name Registration

A domain name is the www.yourdomainname.  There is a $35.00  charge to purchase your domain name, this must be renewed annually.

Web Hosting/Email

Once your site is complete, it will need to be "hosted" on a secure web server. There is a one-time set up fee of $40.00, then $20.00 per month.   E-mail boxes are included with hosting packages.

Search Engine Optimization

All sites designed by ACS are optimized to rank well in the major search engines.  If your site was not designed by ACS, we can still optimize your site to rank as well as possible in the search engine results.  This is achieved by meta tag insertion, choosing the right keywords, page content, page titles, linking and much more. We have spent many hours studying the art of optimization and submittal. For an example of one of our optimized sites, see:

Search Engine Submission

Once your web site is online, you will want to submit your site to the major search engines. This will enable potential clients to find you and will increase traffic to your site.

Ace can do this for you on a one-time basis, or monthly. For 1 month of submission to the major search engines, the fee is $40.00, or $200 for 6 months.  This fee includes detailed monthly statistical reports which will show you how many visitors your site has received.

Note: After submission, it may take several weeks for your site to be listed, to ensure an immediate listing you may elect to pay a higher fee.

Site Maintenance

The amount of maintenance that a web site requires varies greatly with the type of business the site represents.  Ace can maintain your site on an as-needed basis or on a regular basis, depending on the needs of your organization. Fees for maintenance are $150.00 per month, pre-paid yearly (max 5 hrs per month) or $40.00 per hour.

If you'd prefer to maintain your site yourself, we can provide FrontPage 2002 training at the $40.00 per hour rate.
